What exactly is the “New World Order”?

There is talk in conspiracy circles about a bankster plot to reduce the world to slavery.

Unfortunately, the conspiracy theorists are right. John Perkins, in Confessions of an Economic Hit Man and subsequent books, offers convincing first-hand testimony of his exploits in service to the New World Order bankster conspiracy.

Excuse Me, But Israel Has No Right To Exist

The most important thing we can do as we hover on the horizon of One State is to shed the old language rapidly. None of it was real anyway – it was just the parlance of that particular “game.” Grow a new vocabulary of possibilities – the new state will be the dawn of humanity’s great reconciliation. Muslims, Christians and Jews living together in Palestine as they once did.

Congressman Joe Pitts: ‘It is incumbent on Ariel Sharon and Yasir Arafat to restart a peace process’

With the global war against terrorism, it is now incumbent on Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Yasir Arafat to clamp down on Palestinian extremists that have perpetuated violence and to restart a peace process that has collapsed.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Dated April 20th, 2012, this form letter was sent out by Congressman Joe Pitts, who apparently doesn't know that Yasser Arafat died of an apparent poisoning in 2004, and that Ariel Sharon has been in a permanent vegetative state since 2006.

Is this the best the Pennsylvania voters can come up with?

The Zionist scenario - now and in the future

Lawrence Davidson assesses the chances of a Zionist victory - possession of all Palestine from the Mediterranean to the Jordan River and ethnically cleansing the land of Palestinians. He and argues that, with Palestinian resistance worn out by Israeli brutality, repression and sanctions, hope for the Palestinians rests increasingly with civil society action, especially the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

Israel's efforts to erase the memory of the Palestinian catastrophe, the Nakba

Update on Negotiations With Israel Over Palestinian Prisoner Hunger Strike

Stephen Lendman, Contributor
Activist Post

As they say, it's not over 'till it's over. Palestinian prisoners have been mass hunger striking since April 17. Others began earlier. Some haven't eaten for two months or longer.

On May 14, a deal was announced. Egypt negotiated one with the Israel Prison Service (IPS) and striker representatives. Palestine Prisoners Society head Qadura Fares confirmed it. So did Israeli authorities.

Independent verification didn't follow. Nor did full clarification of terms. Israel's adept at creating considerable opt-out wiggle room. Deals aren't always as they seem. Broken ones reveal charades.

Israel offered concessions. Prisoners agreed to terms. Some remain vague. The devil's in the details. What's ahead remains uncertain. Israel's history reflects promises made and broken. Palestinians know well.

In their hunger, Palestinian strikers are acquiring names

But in their hunger, the strikers are acquiring names. I do not mean names on an obscure website, but ones that appear repeatedly in the daily press and on television, and have wide circulation in the social media. The most prominent name is that of Khader Adnan, a baker and MA student in economics at Birzeit University in the West Bank. Adnan was released from an Israeli jail after 66 excruciating days of hunger strike that commenced on February 21 of this year. He opted for self-starvation to protest what legal jargon calls “administrative detention,” which in this case amounted to abduction by a foreign state that had no legal grounds whatsoever for seizing him.

THE JEWS OF IRAQ by Naeim Giladi

I write this article
for the same reason I wrote my book:
to tell the American people,
and especially American Jews,
that Jews from Islamic lands did not emigrate
willingly to Israel; that, to force them to leave,
Jews killed Jews; and that,
to buy time to confiscate ever more Arab lands,
Jews on numerous occasions
rejected genuine peace initiatives
from their Arab neighbors.
I write about what the first prime minister of Israel called "cruel Zionism."
I write about it because I was part of it.

Canada's Largest Protestant Church Releases Report Calling for End to Israeli Occupation

On May 2nd, a working group of The United Church of Canada (UCC) released a long-awaited report on the Israel/Palestine situation. The report is significant because the UCC has one million members and is Canada's largest protestant denomination.

The 23 page report has a very moderate tone, but it calls for the Church to take "concrete steps". Although PCC do not agree on some of its content, as we find (among other things) the report comes weak in supporting the Right of Return for Palestinian. Nevertheless, we find the report an excellent start of build awareness and support for the Palestinian human rights in Canada.

Nakba - the Palestinians' never ending catastrophe

Alan Hart argues that Zionism's mission is the complete liquidation of the Palestinian presence in historical Palestine and that, "unless the major powers led by America summon up the will to call and hold Zionism's monster child to account for its crimes, there will be a final ethnic cleansing of Palestine at some point in a foreseeable future".

“…the Jews of the world must play their necessary part in containing and confronting Zionism. As I never tire of pointing out, silence is not the way to refute and demolish a charge of complicity in Zionism’s crimes.”

-Unaffordable housing.
-High food and energy prices.
-Low wages and eroding social benefits.
-Onerous taxes on working households.
-Lack of free education and better healthcare benefits.
-Weak labor rights.
-A disproportionate amount of construction funding for settlement development. Too little remains for affordable housing in Israel.
-The "high cost of raising children" most Israelis face.

'Engaging' on foreign policy -- after the election

With that in mind, the New York Times reports today that many members of Team Romney disagree with one another -- and at times, even the candidate -- about foreign policy, and occasionally, Romney's own advisors have no idea what he's trying to say.

Veterans Today: The Expected Repatriotization of the Intel Cowboys

An honest appraisal of the USG’s response to the cold war will conclude that the creation of intelligence agencies to fight World Communism was certainly justified and overall attained great success. Unfortunately almost all those fighting the cold war did not realize that it was set up from the very start by the ruling super-elite banking related families many years before, in response to their intergenerational hidden agendas and secret plans to Industrialize and Globalize the world via conjured wars, both hot and cold. Unfortunately it’s been all about money, stripping as much as possible from the sheeple, and wars and illegal narcotics trafficking are the best means to do so. The cold war mission of the intel world started out good, but became an end all unto itself as the Leo Straussian existential credo, “the end justifies the means” became the operating justification for all sorts of the criminal acts that would never otherwise have been committed or allowed unless rule of law was suspended under national security. This cloak of national security has become the standard operating procedure and is now routinely invoked as cover for criminal war profiting, illegal drug trafficking and money laundering.

Most wars appear to be related to capturing illegal drug supply lines or oil or other mineral mining. It appears that numerous older intel cowboys are now seeing the shadow govt as a criminal enterprise that is out of touch and out of control, and has been completely hijacked by foreign based offshore banking power and is now the main threat to the US Republic and the US Constitution and its Bill of Rights.

West Bank barrier threatens villagers' way of life

The simple irrigation system used today is as it was in ancient times. Water is shared between Battir's eight main extended families. A simple system of manually diverting water via sluice gates means that fruit and vegetables from the small plots on the lower slopes are renowned for their freshness and quality.

Built on the side of a steep hill just to the south of Jerusalem in the occupied West Bank, Battir also boasts land arranged as traditional terrace agriculture. But this is a system and a landscape that is under threat from Israel's controversial barrier.

The exact route of this section of the barrier has yet to be finalised. But if, as thought, it is built along the valley floor below the village it will cut off Battir and its terraces from much of its ancestral lands. And, because of the unique irrigation system, villagers say those lands will be lost forever.

"It will lead to war" - Ron Paul fights to end military aid for Israel

Presidential hopeful Ron Paul has condemned a plan being considered in the United States House of Representatives that would allow for the US to continue aiding in the defense of Israel by equipping the Jewish state’s military with added weaponry.

From Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) attacked the contents of an act currently up for discussion that, if passed, would reestablish America’s major role in Israeli affairs. Rep Paul fears, however, that it would do more harm than good for all nations involved.

To House Speak John Boehner, Paul said that H.R. 4133, the United States-Israel Enhanced Security Cooperation Act of 2012, “is another piece of one-sided and counter-productive foreign policy legislation.”

“This bill's real intent seems to be more saber-rattling against Iran and Syria,” insisted Paul, “and it undermines US diplomatic efforts by making clear that the US is not an honest broker seeking peace for the Middle East.”

Zionism And The Third Reich

The SS was particularly enthusiastic in its support for Zionism. An internal June 1934 SS position paper urged active and wide-ranging support for Zionism by the government and the Party as the best way to encourage emigration of Germany’s Jews to Palestine.
...
The official SS newspaper, Das Schwarze Korps, proclaimed its support for Zionism in a May 1935 front-page editorial: “The time may not be too far off when Palestine will again be able to receive its sons who have been lost to it for more than a thousand years. Our good wishes, together with official goodwill, go with them.

Alan Hart : Time for a military coup in Israel?

Given the apparent certainty of a Netanyahu election victory, and if a second-term Obama won’t or can’t use the leverage he has to oblige Israel to be serious about peace, is there nothing that can be done to stop the countdown to a Zionist-made catastrophe for the region and possibly the world?

The mounting public criticism of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by past and present members of the Zionist state’s defense and intelligence establishments triggered the recall of a comment made to me by one of its former Directors of Military Intelligence. The comment was: “If we had a government consisting of only former DMI’s, we’d have had peace with the Palestinians long ago.”

For Israel, punishing Palestinians is not enough

An ongoing hunger strike by nearly 2,000 Palestinian inmates stands as a reminder of their humanity, but Israelis are more interested in revenge.

HAARETZ: In faraway, frozen Finland - otherwise known as the infirmary of Ramle Prison - the lives of four detainees who have been on a hunger strike for at least 60 days hang in the balance. Nearly 2,000 inmates in the Nafha, Ashkelon, Gilboa and other prisons around Israel have been on hunger strike for two weeks. The very fact of their decision to refuse food and their willingness to risk being punished by the authorities stands as a reminder of their humanity.

The Israel Prison Service does not have to make much of an effort to conceal this mass action from Israeli eyes. The great majority of Israelis label all incarcerated Palestinians as conscienceless murderers or common terrorists, at the least. They have little interest in acts of personal or collective courage on the part of Palestinian detainees that serve as reminders that they are human beings.

Israel destroys dairy farm in occupied Palestine

On May Day, a day in Israel in which all government offices are closed, in the village of Khaled al Wardeh outside Hebron, the Israeli military demolished a dairy farm.

Receiving this horrific story via my inbox today threw me. I googled it over and over again and was astounded that this report, from the Christian Peacemakers, was the only documentation of a crime that should shock the conscience of humanity: the demolition of a whole dairy farm, the livelihood of 4 families, who provide sustenance for a much wider population. Look at this farm! Look at it and think of farms in your country. Gone, destroyed, for what? What could possibly justify this act?

Jewish settlers poison Palestinian grapevines

A group of Jewish settlers from Karmi Tzur settlement attacked Palestinian grapevines in Beit Ummar village, north of Al-Khalil, on Saturday.

The locals noted that the settlers repeat their attack on the same area each year.

Settlers of Karmi Tzur are notorious for regularly attacking and damaging Palestinian farmlands in Beit Ummar village and its environs.

Mitt Romney's Neocon War Cabinet

It’s safe to say that foreign policy was not the strong suit of this year’s contenders for the GOP presidential nomination. Rick Perry labeled the Turkish government “Islamic terrorists.” Newt Gingrich referred to Palestinians as “invented” people. Herman Cain called Uzbekistan “Ubeki-beki-beki-beki-stan-stan” and memorably blanked when asked what he thought of NATO’s incursion into Libya. Michele Bachmann pledged to close the US embassy in Iran, which hasn’t existed since 1980. Rick Santorum gave a major foreign policy speech at a Jelly Belly factory in California.

Yet though the candidates and their views were often hard to take seriously, their statements on foreign policy reflected a more disturbing trend in the GOP. Despite facing a war-weary public, the candidates—with the exception of Ron Paul, an antiwar libertarian, and Jon Huntsman, a moderate internationalist—positioned themselves as unapologetic war hawks.

Gaza fuel crisis: Israel’s idiotic disclaimers

“We are not at all involved in this crisis. We bear no responsibility and we think that fuel should be supplied to Gaza directly from Egypt…” – Yigal Primor, Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Israel maintains a tight blockade over Gaza, refusing to allow many essential materials in. Today, regrettably, the time has come for similar action to force an end to Israel’s long-standing occupation of Palestinian territory and refusal to extend equal rights to Palestinian citizens who suffer from some 35 discriminatory laws.

It calls for “all nations to prohibit the import of products made by companies in Israeli settlements on Palestinian land.”

Killing 21 civilians by Israeli troops was ‘not a war crime’ – says Israeli Army

The next morning, three members of the family attempted to leave the house. As they did so, Israeli troops fired a shell at them, killing one person and wounding two others.

Bethlehem nuns in West Bank barrier battle

For the mainly Christian town of Beit Jala, this is the local beauty spot. Residents come here to take a stroll or for a weekend barbecue. Many own small plots of agricultural land.

That is why an Israeli government plan to build a wall through the valley, cutting off their access to most of it, is causing great alarm.

The late Benzion Netanyahu’s appalling views on Arabs

Below are excerpts from a lengthy April 3, 2009 interview in the Israeli daily Maariv conducted by Sari Makover Belikov with Benzion Netanyahu, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s father, who died Monday morning at age 102. They were translated into English and published the same day by Noam Sheizaf on his personal blog, Promised Land. Benzion Netanyahu, who had a deep, formative influence on the prime minister’s thinking, and who will be widely remembered as a great Zionist visionary, held views on Arabs and war that were simply horrific.

Webmaster's Commentary:

a href="http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/palestinians.php">"The Palestinians are like crocodiles, the more you give them meat, they want more".... Ehud Barak, Prime Minister of Israel at the time - August 28, 2000. Reported in the Jerusalem Post August 30, 2000

"When we have settled the land, all the Arabs will be able to do about it will be to scurry around like drugged cockroaches in a bottle." Raphael Eitan, Chief of Staff of the Israeli Defence Forces, New York Times, 14 April 1983.

"There was no such thing as Palestinians, they never existed." Golda Maier Israeli Prime Minister June 15, 1969

"The thesis that the danger of genocide was hanging over us in June 1967 and that Israel was fighting for its physical existence is only bluff, which was born and developed after the war." Israeli General Matityahu Peled, Ha'aretz, 19 March 1972.

David Ben Gurion (the first Israeli Prime Minister): "If I were an Arab leader, I would never sign an agreement with Israel. It is normal; we have taken their country. It is true God promised it to us, but how could that interest them? Our God is not theirs. There has been Anti - Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault ? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?" Quoted by Nahum Goldmann in Le Paraddoxe Juif (The Jewish Paradox), pp121.

"We have to kill all the Palestinians unless they are resigned to live here as slaves." Chairman Heilbrun of the Committee for the Re-election of General Shlomo Lahat, the mayor of Tel Aviv, October 1983.

"Every time we do something you tell me America will do this and will do that . . . I want to tell you something very clear: Don't worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people, control America, and the Americans know it." - Israeli Prime Minister, Ariel Sharon, October 3, 2001, to Shimon Peres, as reported on Kol Yisrael radio.

" ... we should prepare to go over to the offensive with the aim of smashing Lebanon, Trans-jordan and Syria... The weak point in the Arab coalition is Lebanon [for] the Moslem regime is artificial and easy to undermine. A Christian state should be established... When we smash the [Arab] Legions strength and bomb Amman, we will eliminate Transjordan, too, and then Syria will fall. If Egypt still dares to fight on, we shall bomb Port Said, Alexandria, and Cairo." " David Ben-Gurion, May 1948, to the General Staff. From Ben-Gurion, A Biography, by Michael Ben-Zohar, Delacorte, New York 1978.

"We must use terror, assassination, intimidation, land confiscation, and the cutting of all social services to rid the Galilee of its Arab population." Israel Koenig, "The Koenig Memorandum"

"Jewish villages were built in the place of Arab villages. You do not even know the names of these Arab villages, and I do not blame you because geography books no longer exist. Not only do the books not exist, the Arab villages are not there either. Nahlal arose in the place of Mahlul; Kibbutz Gvat in the place of Jibta; Kibbutz Sarid in the place of Huneifis; and Kefar Yehushua in the place of Tal al-Shuman. There is not a single place built in this country that did not have a former Arab population." Moshe Dayan, address to the Technion, Haifa, reported in Haaretz, April 4, 1969.

"It is the duty of Israeli leaders to explain to public opinion, clearly and courageously, a certain number of facts that are forgotten with time. The first of these is that there is no Zionism, colonialization or Jewish State without the eviction of the Arabs and the expropriation of their lands." Operation Cast Lead: It's Zionese for Burning People

"Zionese" is the unofficial spoken language of the State of Israel. Most Israelis learn and use the Zionese language, but one need not be Jewish to speak it; today it is also the language that’s spoken in many Judeo-Christian and Messianic churches in America, often without church leaders realizing it.

The first cab driver I rode with in Israel pointedly called the Philistines "animals" in the course of polite conversation...that’s Zionese. He was cautioning me to keep away from Palestinians while in Israel. "They will kill you in there," he told me, when he learned I was going into Gaza. More Zionese.

Webmaster's Commentary:

When I was a small child, attending that small school in Loudon, New Hampshire, I vividly recall one of the textbooks we were given. It was called "Our American Heritage" and it featured a painting of a steamboat on the cover. Inside was the usual propaganda for young impressionable minds about how great the United States was and how evil the communists were, how all communists everywhere dreamed of nothing but the destruction of the United States because ... well, no real reason was given, just because. The message was remarkably similar to the one portrayed above. "They" hate us. "They" wish us nothing but ill. "They" will kill us given the chance.

Then, through my work at NASA I actually met real communists from the USSR, then again at SIGGRAPH when the Moscow university students started to attend. And finally I had a chance meeting with a Soviet flight crew when we were snowed in at the Frankfurt airport.

In hindsight, I should not have been surprised to discover they were just normal people like myself. They recalled the textbooks they had been given as children, that taught them about how great the Soviet Union was and how evil the capitalists were, how all capitalists everywhere dreamed of nothing but the destruction of the USSR because ... well, no real reason was given, just because.

The lesson is simple; that all people can get along with each other, were it not for the charlatans and mountebanks who rule us all with lies about a remote enemy that hates us and from whom we need the protection offered by the rulers in exchange for obedience, wealth, and the lives of our children to be sacrificed in wars.

Israeli police to activist reciting names of destroyed Palestinian villages: If you keep reading you will be arrested

One of the activists that were called over brought a history book, out of which he started reading out loud the names of villages demolished by the Nakba, on which the city of Tel Aviv was built. Policemen warned him that if he keeps on reading he will be arrested. After a moment or two they fulfilled this threat. As he was dragged to the police van he kept on reading. "Shayka Muwannis, Abu Kabir, Salama...." The reading continued, though, from the cards held by those inside the blockade, one by one the names were read, repeated by everybody "Ijlil Shamalyyia, Sawalima, Yazur..." When a couple of dozens were reading out the names the cops stood helpless.

KILLING THE FAMILY OF JESUS

So here is the deal. Some of the people walking around Palestine, Gaza, and the West Bank are blood relatives of Jesus. Distant blood relatives, but still blood relatives. Given 2000 years, it is possible that the vast majority of present day Palestinians are remote relatives of Jesus.

Israel is killing them.

The entire Gunter Grass controversy is being dragged out and exploited to its maximum, with new accusations and more finger pointing, but today they reached a new level of idiocy with an OpEd in the Ynet News site; Finally there is the question – why did five major European papers publish an anti-Semitic poem? One must mention that the Italian Repubblica did so, yet published critical articles next to it. The answer to this seems simple because the German Suddeutsche Zeitung, the Spanish El Pais, the British The Guardian and the Danish Politiken are not contemporary mutations of the Nazi paper Der Stürmer. Like Grass, who is a part-time anti-Semitic poet, they are part-time anti-Semitic publications.

For as I stood in the darkness on the balcony in Gaza and I cast my gaze across the water, I can see lights, millions and millions of lights twinkling in abundance. So what was once part of Palestine, it is lit up like a giant Christmas tree or Disney Land in the distance, welcoming the world to the now Jewish State as the people of Gaza suffer with candles in the darkness. This is the story of the “haves” and the “have nots” the occupiers and the occupied, the land stealers on one side, and on the other side in the darkness, those with the keys still in their hands.

A WEEKEND IN PALESTINE …. IF YOU CAN GET THERE (PART TWO)

Palestinian and international cyclists were brutally attacked by the Israeli occupation forces on Saturday as they attempted to bike up Route 90, the main North-South highway running through the Jordan Valley. The cyclists were demonstrating against Israeli apartheid policies in the Jordan Valley, which limit Palestinian access to roadways as part of an ongoing campaign of ethnic cleansing against the indigenous Bedouin communities of the Valley.

Israeli soldier suspended for gun-butt attack

An Israeli soldier has been suspended after video footage showed him hitting a foreign pro-Palestinian activist in the face with his gun during a bicycle rally in the occupied West Bank, according to the Israeli military.

Footage of the incident posted on YouTube was picked up by Israeli television on Sunday, prompting condemnation from Binyamin Netanyahu, the Israeli prime minister.

Webmaster's Commentary:

"You let 'em video it, you Putz!?!"

EXAMPLES OF HATE SPEECH BY ISRAEL AGAINST PALESTINE

David Ben Gurion (the first Israeli Prime Minister): "If I were an Arab leader, I would never sign an agreement with Israel. It is normal; we have taken their country. It is true God promised it to us, but how could that interest them? Our God is not theirs. There has been Anti - Semitism, the Nazis, Hitler, Auschwitz, but was that their fault ? They see but one thing: we have come and we have stolen their country. Why would they accept that?" Quoted by Nahum Goldmann in Le Paraddoxe Juif (The Jewish Paradox), pp121.

WHAT IS ISRAEL TRYING TO HIDE FROM THE WORLD?

Scores of Pro Palestinian activests were prevented today from entering the ‘Holy Borders’ of the Middle East’s ‘Only Democracy’ …. a truly UNDEMOCRATIC move on the part of te Israeli government…

A Swedish tourist trying to enter Israel was made to sign a “contract” promising she won’t get in touch with “pro-Palestinian” organisations, and acknowledging she’ll get deported if she “gets caught doing even one of these things.” Meanwhile, Prime Minister’s Office released a letter that will be handed to deported Flytilla activists: Go to Syria.

Webmaster's Commentary:

The right to protest the government is the cornerstone of Democracy. Clearly, Israel has shown the world that it is not in fact a democracy at all. It is a dictatorship clad in religion; a theocracy.

THE VOICE OF ISRAEL’S ‘MUTE LEFT’ IS LOUD AND CLEAR REGARDING GUNTER GRASS

They went out of their way to praise Israel, lauding everything we had been doing, condemning every bit of criticism, however harmless it might be. It became downright embarrassing, since some of us in the Knesset were very critical of our government’s policy in the occupied territories.

For me, this extreme kind of pro-Semitism is just disguised anti-Semitism. Both have a basic belief in common: that Jews – and therefore Israel – are something apart, not to be measured by the standards applied to everybody else.

Israel arrests 40 pro-Palestine activists at Ben Gurion Airport

Israeli police have arrested 40 pro-Palestinian activists from the “Welcome to Palestine 2012” campaign at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv.

Webmaster's Commentary:

So much for the claim that Israel is a democracy.

THE MORAL FAILURE OF ISRAEL’S RIGHT TO SEE THE TRUTH IN GUNTER GRASS’ WORDS

Israel’s supposed ‘left’ newspaper had a piece published today by their resident right wing scholar, Avi Shavit. For years he has written critical articles about Israel’s zionist left, I imagine thinking of himself as an expert for simply sharing office space with a handful of them…..

BUT,

He always seems to be wrong about whatever topic he decides to write about. THIS article from +972 gives a pretty good picture of the man I am talking about and his writings.

Today he outdid himself, both in literary style and content; in other words he has no idea what he is talking about.

Israelis open fire on Gazan fishermen

In the latest incident, a group of fishermen came under fire from Israeli forces about one mile off the Gaza coast, but no one was wounded.

Meanwhile, a fisherman has been abducted by the Israeli navy off the seashores of Rafah in the southern Gaza strip near the Egyptian border. He was reportedly taken to Ashkelon port for interrogation.

Pro-Palestinian activists dismiss Israeli warnings

Organizers of a planned pro-Palestinian demonstration said Friday they expect about 1,000 activists from Europe and North America to board flights for Israel this weekend, despite Israeli threats to deport them.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Latest word is that it is impossible to book a ticket from anywhere in France to Tel Aviv because of "technical" problems with the airline websites. Têtes de merde!

Israel is paranoid about pro-Palestinian activists

And with what shall we frighten the Israeli public in advance of the seventh day of Passover? How will we provide the dose of fear to which it has long since become addicted? After a week of a quiet and safe vacation, we have to find something, after all. The Iranian threat has entered a negotiations freeze, terror is quiet, even the Grad missiles have diminished in number, there is no mass plague on the horizon and even the circumstances of the attack against the Jew in Kiev have not become sufficiently clear.

Günter Grass; What Must Be Said (genius performance)

Webmaster's Commentary:

What must be said

Why have I been silent, silent for so long?,
Our generals have gamed it out,
Confident the west will survive.
We people have not even been considered.

What is this right to "preventive war"?
A war that could erase the Iranian people.
Dominated by it's neighbor, pulsing with righteousness
Smug in the fact that it is they, not Iran,
Who have the Bomb.

Why have I so far avoided to identify Israel by it's name?,
Israel and it's ever increasing nuclear arsenal,
Beyond reproach, Uncontrolled, uninspected.

We all know these things
Yet we all remain silent, fearful of being labeled:
anti-Semitic
hateful
worse

Considering Germany's past these labels stick
So we call is "business", "reparation" take your pick,
As we deliver yet another submarine.
As we provide to Israel the means to deliver annihilation.
I say what must be said.

Why did I stay silent until now?
Because I'm German, of course.
I'm tainted by a stain I cannot wash out
I'm silent because I want so badly to make it right
To put my sins in the past and leave them silently there.

Why did I wait to say it until now?
And write these words with the last of my ink?
Declaring that Israel threatens world peace?
Because it is true and it must be said,
Tomorrow will be too late.

We Germans now carry a new burden of sin on our shoulders
Through the weapons we have sold
We are helping to carry out this foreseeable tragedy
No excuse will remove our stain of complicity.

It must be said. I won't be silent
I've had enough of the hypocrisy;
Please shed the silence with me,
The consequences are all too predictable.
It's time to demand free and permanent control
of BOTH Israel's nuclear arsenal
AND Iran's nuclear facilities
enforced with international supervision.

It's the only way, in a land convulsed with insanity,
Israelis, Palestinians, everybody, will survive.
And we too, will survive.

THE GUNTER GRASS TRILOGY

Aside from Gunter Grass’ latest poem, What Must Be Said, I can’t think of another instance where there was so much frenzy in zionist circles except for the original publication of the report presented by Judge Goldstone regarding the war crimes committed in Gaza. In Goldstone’s case, the words and tune were eventually changed to please the beast. This surely will not happen in the case of Gunter Grass.

Amira Hass explains why Israel’s U.S. model of ethnic cleansing failed, and why ‘Jewish regime’ will ‘crumble’

It is very common these days to hear supporters of Israel seek to justify ethnic cleansing by saying that You did it-- you Americans. Amira Hass has a fabulous piece up at Haaretz that takes on this model head on. She exposes the Israeli desire to defeat the Palestinian people, as the U.S. defeated the Native Americans, and then only have to deal with the "remnant" (a reference to Eastern European Jewry after the Holocaust). And she explains why this is not possible, and why we are now in the endgame of "the Jewish regime" because Israel did not want a two-state solution.

Activists from around the world are ready to travel to Palestine

A call by 25 Palestinian civil society organizations and peace activists to visit Palestine is being answered. According to the organizers of the 2012 welcome to Palestine campaign more than 2000 participants from Europe, North America, Australia and Turkey are ready to travel to Palestine via the Lod airport and Jordan to participate in a week long of activities in solidarity with the Palestinian people.

Once the visitors arrive, they will be hosted by popular committees across the occupied Palestinian territories and will participate in a number activities that range from building a school in Bethlehem, to repairing damaged wells and planting trees in the village of Beit umar.

Baird lobbied hard against Palestinian bid for statehood

Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird personally took to the phones last year to try to swing countries to oppose Palestinian efforts to be recognized as a state by the United Nations, according to newly released documents that for the first time reveal in detail how intensely Canada worked behind the scenes to block the statehood resolution.

Webmaster's Commentary:

Congratulations, Canada; you are just like the United States now. Your government has been subverted by Israel!

ISRAEL’S HATE FEST AGAINST GUNTER GRASS BACKFIRING

Interior Minister Eli Yishai’s decision to declare Gunter Grass a persona non grata appeared cynical and populist from the get-go. It was clear that not much time would elapse before the overwhelming support for Israel in the German and global media, and the criticism over Grass’ despicable poem, would turn around as result of our interior minister’s statement.

Indeed, within minutes the dramatic report made headlines on the websites of the world’s leading newspapers. Just as quickly, the surprising pro-Israel atmosphere was replaced by anti-Israel criticism over the decision. And so, the tables have turned.

United Against Wikipedia

Those who lend their pen to the Palestinian cause know about Wikipedia Jews, a term that was coined a few years ago. It refers to a bunch of rabid and crypto Zionists who constantly vandalise encyclopaedia entries to do with Palestine, Palestinian activists and Israeli atrocities.

"We want to make sure what is written there (in Wikipedia) is Zionist in nature..." Naftali Bennett, Yesha Council Director

"We came here to learn more about how we, as Israelis and as Jews, can defend Israel on line.." Miriam Schwab, Blogger
